About the Founder

Ricardo Langwieder

Founder & Strategic Advisor

With more than 25 years of international leadership experience across Europe, the Americas, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, Ricardo is widely recognized as a seasoned growth and transformation executive in the global CX, BPO, and digital services industry. He combines strategic vision with execution excellence, known for turning complex challenges into scalable, profitable growth engines.

Throughout his career, he has built, scaled, and led high-performing service organizations and delivery platforms supporting some of the world's leading enterprises across multiple sectors.

Over the past two decades, Ricardo has held several CEO and senior executive leadership roles across the EMEA region, leading large-scale growth, transformation, outsourcing, and market expansion initiatives. He has played a pivotal role in establishing and scaling major CX and BPO operations across emerging and developed markets, contributing to the creation of more than 18,000 jobs.

Prior to relocating to the Middle East in 2013, Ricardo led strategic CX, CRM, and outsourcing transformation programs for global blue-chip organizations. Today, he continues to advise enterprises, investors, founders, and BPO providers as a trusted strategic advisor, operator, and growth partner.
